So, about that one AU that's been marinating in my mind for years

#coe33#clair obscur: expedition 33#more textures from the game files#these ones were intended to be used as paintings in the manor#they may have made it in#i'm not sure#text is the names of the files with one exception#gustave's name was originally noah so that file is named 'noah's burial battlefield'#there were some that i didn't include here but i thought these were the most interesting#i think the one titled alicia was actually painted by alicia#it's definitely the roughest and looks like it was done in ms paint lol#for the second i wonder if an earlier draft had maelle/alicia fight herself instead of verso at the end?#i kind of got the feeling that verso was supposed to die at the end of his act similar to gustave#it would have been interesting if 'maelle' had to fight 'alicia' with both of them battling for their own survival#the one titled aline is also interesting -- the masculine statue (verso) looming over a scene of the gommage and a grieving older couple#the man is wearing a top hat#just like renoir's shade in the canvas#the one titled anger is also interesting#it's hard to see but maelle/alicia is in the corner running into the flames#she's surrounded by fire but also looming feminine faces#and the furniture floating suggests a poltergeist or haunting#i wonder if it was supposed to have been painted by alicia or aline#or was concept art depicting the tension in their relationship and how both of them are haunted by the ghost of verso#last i love the painting of esquie#i suspect that one was a painting of verso's#the big marshmallow looks so happy

My brother got me to watch Animation vs Minecraft.

Working on making new backgrounds for my computer. This ended up being a very different image than what I initially intended to make.
